Job title: Assistant Project Director\r\n\r\nReporting to: Program and Partner Services Head\r\n\r\nSalary: Negotiable\r\n\r\nHours: Full Time\r\n\r\nLanguages: English, Hindi and any other local language\r\n\r\nLocation: Hyderabad\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPurpose of the position \r\n\r\nProvide management support services to development agencies, enterprises including social enterprises and producer companies and employment generation programs \r\n\r\nResponsibilities & duties\r\n\r\n1. Formulation of HR strategies, plans and implementation of the same.\r\n2. Identify core competencies and skills critical to work and frame policies for the key talent identification & recruitment.\r\n3. Drive enterprise-wide training programs, Mentoring, induction, leadership development, talent retention, and performance management. \r\n4. Compensation, reward and recognition programs supporting business goals. \r\n5. Need assessment & development of training programs as per requirements. \r\n6. Communications of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances \r\n7. Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc)\r\n8. Create understanding of culture and values of the company to help decisions and actions of all employees \r\n\r\n
Candidate Profile :
\r\nAcademic Experience\r\nMBA/ Professional Degree (5+ years of experience)\r\nPost Graduation (6+ years of experience)\r\nSpecial graduation (8+ years of experience)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nExpertise - Desirable and Essential\r\n\r\nEssential Desirable\r\nKnowledge on the sector Research-livelihoods\r\nProposal writing Should be seasoned facilitator of sophisticated and nascent group\r\nLead generation Interest to work with the marginalized communities\r\nTeam management Good hands on experience on project management with demonstration of impact indicators\r\nBusiness and strategic plan \r\nAbility to engage with communities \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPersonal qualities & behavioural traits\r\n\r\n1. Should have sound fundamental knowledge on management functions including financial management and project management aspects\r\n2. Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools; data compilation and presentation skills\r\n3. Patience and empathetic in dealing or handling community\r\n4. Time management\r\n5. Pressure handling\r\n6. Solution oriented \r\n7. Good co-ordination, communication, interpersonal and networking skills\r\n8. Good documentation skills\r\n9. Knowledge of multiple languages will be added advantage\r\n10. Excellent computer skills including MS Office/MS Excel\r\n11. Ability to do multiple tasks\r\n12. Willingness to travel across the country.\r\n13. Good understanding of livelihood sector in India\r\n
