Manager- Sales\r\nLocation: Bangalore.\r\nQualification: MBA.\r\nExp: 4 to 10 years, preferably in high end Residential Sales with ticket sizes of Rs. 5 Crore and above.\r\nJob Description:\r\nThe Candidate should have an eye for detail, possess the drive, expertise and the requisite knowledge to Manage, Maintain and ENHANCE the value of the RMZ Homes Portfolio.\r\nPrimary Deliverable\r\nAchieve sales targets for top high end residential developments of RMZ Corp projects\r\nMust have skills sets\r\nStrong customer focus and centricity.\r\nEnergetic, sophisticated and strong in execution of sales delivery.\r\nEntrepreneurial by nature.\r\nShould have the ability to hunt and zero in on the defined target audience.\r\nShould be able to schedule priorities and client site visits.\r\nShould have the ability to prepare customized proposals and collateral.\r\nShould be able to conduct preliminary / advanced engagement with clients.\r\nShould be able to collaborate and ensure that deals are closed as per company policies.\r\nShould offer great post-sales support to be able to dig further referral from existing client base.\r\nPersonality traits\r\nShould be able to articulate and communicate effectively, both with inte
